Open-source frameworks, third-party libraries, and tools used in the construction of your website are subject to their respective licenses, which we will disclose upon request.
Every website delivered by JockiBox includes access to an administrative panel that allows the client to:
Structural changes to the website — including changes to layout, design, navigation, or adding new pages — are not covered under the base $997 fee and may require additional paid work. We are happy to provide quotes for any requested changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JockiBox's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to these Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client to JockiBox in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
JockiBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind.
Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time before payment is made, without penalty. Once payment has been received and the website has been delivered, the agreement is considered fulfilled.
JockiBox reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
